The Alfi was a German automobile built in Berlin by an electrical company between 1921 and 1924.

A former employee said this in a review: "The management at Alfi (Aldi) is literally a group of adult aged people with the maturity of Elementary School’s recess yard. With me working there, take my word & don’t waste your time unless you are truly that desperate. If you are, work there and never cease your job search until you’re gone from there".

No structure at all, bad HR, no work/life balance, expects you to do everything at once while the managers are in the back room on their phones.Your time and effort would be much more appreciated anywhere else but here.NoneNo structure, bad management, work like a robot."

"Typical shop attitude this place exactly the same as Tesco unless you a manager you are treated like rats, unless you take out the manger for a *special* time will be treated like dirt. It's a shame because most of the staff were nice apart from the *special* time ones.Getting a proper job afterwardsBeing asked for *special* time by the ugly manager"

The management is literally a group of adult aged people with the maturity of Elementary School’s recess yard. With me working there, take my word & don’t waste your time unless you are truly that desperate. If you are, work there and never cease your job search until you’re gone from there!

Komissionierer (Former Employee) says

Asistente personal (Former Employee) says

Associate (Former Employee) says

"Worked there for over a year. Was dependable and worked as fast and hard as I could. But one manager needed to be a bully and none of the other corporate team would stand up to her. Some of them were in her juvenile clique and the others didn't want to get involved. Management doesn't care about the employees whatsoever. They advertise 32 - 40 hours a week, but barely give 25 per week. Don't waste your time with a company that expects a lot but doesn't bother to listen to any problems employees might be having with a supervisor or with getting fewer hours than promised. Expect very face pace but never appreciate efforts."

Cashier/Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"It's an awful place to work. The leadership and coworkers will throw you under the bus. This is because if any complaints (internal or customer related) are made against you, you will get fired on the spot. You get paidShort breaks, low pay, low hours, bad benefits, bad work culture, bad leadership"

Deputy store manager (Former Employee) says

"Employing new area managers straight from university with No retail experience or life experience. You should promote from within with gives staff a ladder to climbcoming up with silly ideas of their ownchanging things that are not broken"

Store Assistant (Former Employee) says

"Pay you when they feel like it. Always leave your pay short. Amazing people to work with worse company I have ever worked for they don't care about you. Just how much money you can take and how fast you can do it."

MANAGER (Former Employee) says

Shift Manager (Former Employee) says

"The only people they care about paying properly is the store manager on up and the work load is stressful to the max you’ll never be valued as a person or for the intense work you do and they don’t care about any employees because they feel like their expendable.to be just a cashier is Aldi’s newest job title and that’s the easiest part of the jobYou’ll always have to do more than your job title or paycheck provides"

HGV Class 1 Driver (Former Employee) says

"One of the worst jobs ever. Treated like a slave and a kid. Never again. Kit OK but job totally rubbish. Load your trailer. Unload your trailer at least two per night. Mail in mail out. Key older alarm setting at stores. Ring security at every store to let them know if you are going to more than an hour. Don't bother with thisjobNoneAll of it"

Store Associate (Former Employee) says

"When you work at Aldi, you are a warm body and a work horse. Nothing more. They do not provide good direction. The managers sit in the back office all day and you can never find one for questions. When shift managers tell you to do something and the general manager disagrees with how it was done, the employee gets reprimanded even though it was by direction of the shift manager."

ASSISTANT BUYER (Former Employee) says

"Buying directors put themselves on pedestals with no thought except for their own narcissitic needs. 10 Years of misery and tears, hateful nasty people.NoneEverything"

QC Technician (Former Employee) says

"It is waste of time, interviews were conducted passed twice. However asking to wait, 6 months!!!!! waste of Time !!! QC technician in Goldthrope Depot"

Cindog says

"STORE 46 Brooksville. Purchase 2 racks of baby back ribs. Open them up and they were spoiled. Corporate said to go to the store and great a refund or replacement and a gift card. ALDI DOESN'T STAND BE THERE GUARNTEE. Dirty store and rotten product. I qill NEVER give this chain another penny of my month!!! After wasting hours on this problem, they DID NOT stand behind there double guarentee."

Deb says

"i was a huge Aldi shopper - until recently. All of my groceries are nearly expired when delivered. The lid was warping on my spinach dip from the gasses and my bread molded a day after receipt. Its not cheaper if i have to throw half my groceries away."

Dan schrey says

"Aldi has lost me as a customer. They no longer wipe down the carts or can't seem to keep the cart wipes in the dispenser. Also they have taken down the social distancing signs and are not enforcing the 6' rule. I guess its not cost effective to ensure customer safety."

Kenny says

"I bought a £850 joint of beef for Sunday dinner from Hilton riverside Sunderland I have never tried a joint of beef like it the dog would spit it out it would be alright if you want to make yourself choke disappointed disgusting"
